2006 (Cross Country): Competed in three team meets...teamed up with Rachel Barber for a 15th-place finish at the Bear Relays, posting a combined time of 32:02.08...placed 37th at the Rice Invitational 4k in a time of 16:36.00...at the Texas A&M Invitational, ran the 5k in a time of 21:43 (71st place). High School: Four-year letterwinner at Plano Senior...placed third in the 800-meter run in the District Championships...posted best times of 2:15.00 (800-meters), 5:31.00 (1,500-meters) and 12:36.00 (2,400-meters)...graduated with honors. Personal: Undecided on a major...enjoys ice skating...favorite vacation spot is Jamaica...enjoys anything chocolate...favorite sport to watch on TV is football...has one younger sister...parents are Steve and Carla Howard. |
