	Position: Assoc. A.D./Compliance

Jeff Konya is the Associate A.D. for Compliance/Student Services. Prior to coming to SMU, he worked at Memphis, UTSA, Bucknell, Iowa and the University of South Dakota. He holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University (only has a few of the typical Ivy League nerd characteristics) and a J.D. with Distinction from the University of Iowa. As an Adjunct, he has previously taught courses in Sports Law, Sports Ethics and Life Skills at the university level. He also is a published author, and is currently working on a second fiction novel entitled "Streetball."
