IRVING, Texas (C-USA/SMU)--Thirty-seven SMU athletes have earned the Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Medal, given to student-athletes with a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better, the league announced Wednesday.
SMU had the third-highest number of athletes receiving the commendation in the league, behind Tulsa and Memphis.
